CJ Allen, a former Washington State standout living in Georgia and pursuing his Masters degree as well as a doctorate, finished fourth in the men's 400-meter hurdles final in a personal-best 48.17 seconds at the Toyota USATF Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore.
